The bumper construction is made of 4 mm thick sheet metal and its frame fasteners are made of 5 mm sheet metal.

The product is first laser cut, then folded on a numerically controlled press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing.

The next step is the anti-corrosion protection consisting of a galvanizing and a powder coating that gives the bumper the final appearance.
The bumper has mounting holes for the shackle holders and two holes for lifting.

The solid steel construction allows full use of the bumper in the field.

The kit does not include shackle hangers,

the bumper may differ from some features of the bumper shown in the picture.
